Who we are

The Inspired Stories Podcast website (inspiredstoriespodcast.com) is operated by AddBack Benefits Agency LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The podcast is hosted by Anthony V. Codispoti, owner of AddBack Benefits Agency, which sponsors the show. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact form.

Information you give us

When you use our contact or guest application form, we collect your name, email address, the subject you choose, your message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.

Information collected automatically

• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It records the page visited, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country. It does not use cookies and does not let us identify you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and secure the site.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may collect device and browser information to check that a form is being submitted by a person. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that collection.

Third-party content

Episode pages include a YouTube video and a Spotify player. Each one loads only when you press play. YouTube preview images load from YouTube's servers. Once a player loads, that service may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

How we use information

• To reply to your message and send you a copy of what you submitted
• To review guest applications and schedule recordings
• To follow up about the podcast and, where relevant, about employee benefit services offered by AddBack Benefits Agency
• To prevent spam and abuse and keep the site secure
• To understand site traffic and improve our content

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising pixels.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. These include Vercel (hosting and analytics), MongoDB (database), Resend (email delivery), Google (reCAPTCHA) and monday.com (where we track guests and follow-ups). Form submissions are also emailed to us, so our email provider stores a copy. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our relationship.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us through our contact form. You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time by replying to let us know. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or transmission method is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
